But the Lut desert is not our only destination during this tour, this trip will start from Tehran, visiting the Golestan Palace, the National Museum and the National jewelry Museum to see the greatest gems of the world the Kooh-e Noor and Daria-e Noor. Moving to Kerman from Tehran to visit Ganjali Khan Complex near the desert.
After experiencing desert life, is time to visit the Bam Castle (Arg-e Bam), then we Traveling to Iran does not end without visiting Yazd and Isfahan. So, the next destination of surfing in Iranian desert cities, are these two cities.
Day 1: Tehran
On your pre-dawn arrival at IKA airport, you will be met by our representative carrying our logo-show-card (transfer information) who will direct and transfer you to your hotel. After a short rest you will start your tour in Tehran; a modern megalopolis which prides itself in having unique museums with immense and unrivaled collections and artifacts dating from the earliest onset of history to the present era: you will visit a world of jewels in the National Jewelry Museum, one of which includes one of the two greatest diamonds in the word, Darya-e-Noor (sea of light), the Archaeological Museum, the Golestan Palace. Overnight in Tehran.
Day 2: Kerman
Fly to Kerman in the morning. Visiting Ganjali Khan Complex, one of the famous rulers during the reign of Shah Abbas of Safavid, Jame Mosque, Shah Nematollah Vali Shrine, Kerman’s Grand Bazaar which is one of the clear highlights of the central city and also one of the oldest Bazaars in Iran. Just 30 minutes south of Kerman, the Shazdeh Mahan Garden rises out of the arid-desert like a beautiful mirage with tall trees and fresh water running straight from the mountain.
Day 3: Shahdad
Drive 95 km to Shahdad, which is located at the edge of the Lut desert. We will visit desertic villages Kalut and desert vases called “Nebkas” which their heights reach 10 meters at times. Overnight in Caravanserai.
Day 4: Kerman
Departure for the city of Bam: you will visit the Arg-e Bam citadel, the most representative example of a fortified medieval city built in vernacular technique using layers of mud (Chine) combined with clay bricks (Khesht). Return and overnight stay in Kerman.
Day 5: Shiraz
Drive in the morning to Shiraz; the city of roses, poets and nightingales. You will visit the Traditional Bazaar and bath, Hafezieh and Saadieh, the tombs of famous Iranian poets. After luch you will continue your tour by visiting the Eram Garden, one of the most beautiful and monumental gardens of Iran, Narenjestan-e-Qavam which literally means the Qavam's Orange Garden, one of the historical buildings of Shiraz that dates from the Qajar dynasty.
Day 6: Shiraz
Your sixth day is a full day tour of Shiraz which starts by visiting the beautiful Nasi-ol-molk Mosque; every morning, this stunning mosque is illuminated with all the colors of the rainbow through its stained glasses, and it’s also known as the Pink Mosque. You will continue to the Karim Khan Fortress, Vakil Complex. You will visit the UNESCO heritage site; the ruins of the site represent a pale testimony of the glorious past of the city, but the archaeological remains are still visible and leave no doubt about the splendor reached by this realm from the refined low reliefs, the grandiose colonnades, imposing doors and monumental staircases. The site visit includes the Naqsh-e-Rostam rocky tombs attributed to Dario I and his successors and the Naqsh-e-Rajab three valuable Sassan bas-reliefs.
Day 7: Yazd
Departing in the morning for Yazd with a stop along the path to Pasargadae; A dive in the past during the reign of Cyrus the Great in the 6th century B.C. when this city was built. Your second stop will be for visiting the austere tomb of the Emperor. Continue for Yazd with a short stop at Abarkuh where the world's oldest cypress is located, with huge dimensions dating to 4000 years ago. This city is known for being an important caravan center along the Silk Road and preserves the palace Agha Zadeh which will strike you for the purity of the architectural lines, from their disarming harmony with the surrounding environment. Arriaval and overnight in Yazd.
Day 8: Yazd
Full day dedicated to visit Yazd; Nestled between two great deserts Dasht-e Kavir and Kavir-e Lut, which is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic cities of Iran. You will start from the Jame Mosque, famous for its imposing portal adorned with stucco and arabesque. Inside the ancient city, we find the Tower of Silence, the Fire Temple, the Amir Chakhmaq Complex, the Water Museum and the Dolatabad Garden, a superb Persian building that retains a magnificent Persian garden declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight in Yazd.
Day 9: Isfahan
departure In the morning to Isfahan. First stop after 52 Km in Meibod, an adobe town dating to about 1800 years ago to visit the Narin Castle built in the Sassanid period. Arrival at Isfahan and continue our day by visiting the famous Imam Mosque, the Sheikh Lotfollah, the Aliqapu Palace, where the Safavid Kings used to watch the polo games and ceremonies from there. You will walk through the Traditional Coppersmith and Goldsmith Bazaar. After lunch, you will visit Chehel Sotun or "Forty Columns" Palace. In the evening the soul of the city walk on the historical bridges: Si-o-se Pol Bridge and Khaju Bridge, two of the most famous ones. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 10: Isfahan
The entire day dedicated to visiting the city known as “Half the World“: the Chehel Sotun Palace, the Hasht Behesht Palace, the Khaju Bridge, the Si-o-se Pol Bridge, the armenian Quarter and the Vank Cathedral.
Day 11 & 12: Tehran
Drive 500 Km to Tehran. You will have a short stop in Abyane; an ancient mountain village dating to at least 1500 years ago which is located in a picturesque valley at 2235 m high at the foot of Mount Karkas. A maze of steep, winding boulevards over which ancient red brick masonry houses with latticed windows and wooden balconies overlook. A singular place in its kind inhabited by elders who speak of an ancient being disappeared for centuries in the rest of the country. Your second stop will be In Kashan where we can visit the Fin Garden, one of the most famous gardens in Iran, the Aqabozorg Mosque and the Borujerdi House. Arrival in Tehran in the evening. Overnight in Tehran. the next day you will transfer to IKA airport to fly back to home.
